Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Lafayette County, Mississippi, until 11:00 A.M., on Friday, December 27th, 2024, at the Lafayette County Chancery Building, Oxford, Mississippi, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read for the following supplies and materials.

• Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Chancery Clerk, 300 North Lamar Blvd., Oxford, MS 38655 or at www.lafayettemsbids.com until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 27th, 2024.

• Submit separate bids on each item as the Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

• All bids must show specifications, weight, grade, and package style.

• All bids are priced to include delivery to the Lafayette County Central Maintenance Shop, Stock Pile or Chancery Building.

• The bids will be received for a one-year period beginning January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.

• Complete specifications are on file and available by request in the office of the Lafayette County Purchase Clerk at 300 North Lamar Blvd., Oxford, MS 38655.
